How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

You'll gain exposure to hiring across areas including:

    • Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets

    • Developing market knowledge across Financial Services and consulting
    • Contributing to hiring strategies that support the growth of the business

    Who We're Looking For

We're interested in potential as much as experience.

    You might be:

    • A recent graduate looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition
    • Someone with up to 12 months of recruitment experience looking to accelerate their development
    • An early-career professional with transferable skills and a genuine interest in talent and people

What matters most is that you are:

    • Organised and detail-oriented
    • Curious and eager to learn
    • Resilient and proactive
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
    • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Motivated by personal growth and continuous improvement

Previous Financial Services knowledge isn't required, we'll help you develop that. What we're looking for is attitude, aptitude, and a desire to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition.

    What We Offer

    • The chance to join a fast-growing consultancy that is rethinking the way consulting is done; leaner, more efficient, and more client-focused
    • Mentorship, training and collaboration with an exceptional leadership team, each industry experts in their space
    • The opportunity to make a massive personal impact; you'll never be a cog in a big machine here. The candidates you source, and work you do, will directly shape our growth and success
    • A highly collaborative culture where the team genuinely gels and supports one another
    • A modern, entrepreneurial environment where you can blend consultative relationship management with commercial growth
    • A competitive base salary, with exciting progression opportunities in our scaling business
    • We work best together; this role is five days a week in our London office, where collaboration is key

    Diversity & Inclusion
