The Role: Specialist Recruiter (Building Services)
This is a 180 candidate focussed position. You will specialise in recruiting engineering and technical professionals for major infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with candidates across the UK
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and headhunting
- Write engaging and targeted job adverts
- Negotiate offers between clients and candidates
- Develop knowledge of the Building Services and MEP sector
Our Clients
You will work with a diverse range of organisations including:

- Local authorities and county councils
- Government organisations
- Major UK and international infrastructure projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Ambitious, target-driven and resilient mindset
- Sales, customer service or recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work full time in our Fareham office Monday to Friday
- Right to work in the UK
