CAP Resourcing is partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit an experienced Ratings Surveyor into their growing Business Rates team.
With an outstanding reputation and major UK client portfolio, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected team at an exciting stage of growth.
💼 The Role
✔ Managing a varied portfolio of business rates cases
✔ Preparing and handling Check, Challenge & Appeal submissions
✔ Undertaking inspections, valuations and negotiations
✔ Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
✔ Supporting client growth and mentoring junior team members
🌟 What We’re Looking For
✔ MRICS qualified with strong Business Rates experience
✔ Proven track record managing complex cases and client relationships
✔ Strong valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
✔ Commercially minded with a proactive approach
✔ Existing client following advantageous
