A leading City law with a standout reputation within financial services is looking for a Derivatives Associate (1-3 PQE) to join their London office. The team advises an impressive client base of financial institutions, asset managers, private capital sponsors and corporates on complex, high-value transactions across the UK and internationally.
The role will focus predominantly on derivatives, including ISDA documentation, trading arrangements, collateral and regulatory matters, whilst also offering exposure to securitisation and broader structured finance work. The practice is recognised for handling sophisticated and often market-leading transactions, providing associates with early responsibility and direct client contact.
Applicants should have strong derivatives experience gained at a well-regarded City or international firm. Exposure to securitisation or structured finance would be advantageous but not essential.
