£50k base | £65–70k OTE | Progression to AE in 12 months
We're looking for a BDR to join a fast-growing AI startup in the research and insights space. Fully outbound, fully accountable, and a genuine path to AE for someone who delivers.

The role: Fully outbound. You're filling the pipeline and fuelling the growth of the AE team. 5 days a week in the London office - this is a role for someone who wants to be in the room, learn fast and build their career in a high-growth environment.
You: 1–2 years of BDR or SDR experience with proof you've hit target. You're not looking for a quiet life - you want to condense 5 years of your career into the next 2 (12 months of smashing quota and a clear route to closing your own deals)
