How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    JUNIOR DESIGNER

    who we are:

fan3 are building a new entertainment ecosystem. A platform that gives artists control and ownership of their data, and puts genuine tickets in the hands of genuine fans.

A team born in music and creativity, we believe in enhancing direct connection through emerging technologies and real world experiences. Extending global fan engagement beyond just the ticket, and bringing fans closer to their idols.

We believe fan loyalty should be recognised and rewarded. Artists successfully use our fraud prevention tools to authenticate fandom, and put genuine tickets in the hands of genuine fans with outlier results.

The mission: a revolutionised music industry, free of bots, scammers and scalpers. Owned by those who create it, and those that love it.

Current roster includes: ZAYN, Pitbull, Zedd, Nicki Minaj, Jessie Ware, Misfits Boxing, Tinie Tempah, Max Richter, NOTION and Sasha.

With blockchain-powered infrastructure and a deep understanding of what fandom truly means, we’re redefining how artists connect with audiences — on and off stage, across borders.

    the opportunity:

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join the fan3 creative team and support the creation of high-quality visual assets across campaigns, launches, products, and fan experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong graphic design fundamentals who wants to grow inside a fast-moving entertainment and technology company. You’ll work across artist campaigns, digital collectibles, social content, presentations, and brand assets — helping bring ideas to life across both digital and physical touchpoints.

While the role is primarily focused on graphic design, there will be opportunities to gradually learn and support app and product design over time. We’re looking for someone curious, adaptable, and excited about the future of creative technology — including the use of AI tools to improve and accelerate design workflows.

You’ll work closely with the wider creative, product, and marketing teams in a highly collaborative environment where experimentation, creativity, and speed are valued.

what you will doing at fan3:

    create visual assets

    ● Design one-pagers, pitch decks, social visuals, banners, and campaign assets across artist and brand activations.

    ● Produce visually engaging creative that aligns with the fan3 brand and artist identities.

    ● Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, visual systems, and brand application.

    support campaigns & experiences

    ● Design collectibles, digital passes, wristbands, merchandise visuals, and other fan-facing assets.

    ● Prepare production-ready assets for launches, live activations, and marketing campaigns.

    ● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets quickly and efficiently.

    support product & UI design

    ● Assist with small app and UI-related tasks using existing design systems and layouts.

    ● Work alongside product and development teams to support the evolution of the fan3 platform.

    ● Develop an understanding of product thinking and user experience over time.

    explore creative technology

    ● Use AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, asset generation, and workflow optimisation.

    ● Stay curious about emerging creative technologies and evolving design trends.

    ● Bring fresh visual references and ideas into the creative process.

    grow with the team

    ● Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced creative culture.

    ● Be open to feedback, iteration, and continuous learning.

    ● Take ownership of your work while developing new creative and technical skills.

what you will have done before:

    ● Commercial experience in graphic or visual design.

    ● Strong foundational design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.

    ● Basic knowledge of Figma.

    ● Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

    ● Basic motion or video editing skills, including simple animations or social video content.

    ● Interest in AI tools and how they can support creative workflows.

    ● Curiosity and willingness to learn product and app design over time.

    ● Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

    ● Passion for music, culture, entertainment, and fan communities is a bonus.

    how we will support you:

Working at the leading edge of innovation can be exhausting. Achieving things that haven’t been done before requires focus, adaptability and bravery. This can be draining and sometimes all consuming. We understand this and as we progress on our journey, we will endeavour to provide a wide range of support tools for our teams.

People are not happy or effective when they are tired or stressed so we encourage you to take some time off (phone actually off!) every quarter. We encourage you to share your outside interests with us and we will support you to find the time to do the things that are important to you.

We are committed to supporting both your personal wellbeing and professional growth. As part of the fan3 team, you will have:

    ● Access to learning and development opportunities and courses supported by the company.

    ● Remote-first and flexible working arrangements built around trust and autonomy.

    ● Access to CharlieHR perks and employee benefits.

    ● Opportunity to learn from a multidisciplinary team spanning creative, product, technology, and entertainment.

    ● Exposure to emerging technologies, AI-powered creative workflows, and innovation across music and fan engagement.

    how we work:

We are intentional and we are brave. We stay true to our values and we always support each other. We don’t shy away from difficult conversations, and we approach them with candour and respect. Working at fan3 you will be given the autonomy to create impact and we believe trust is given, not earned.

As such we work flexibly and remotely. We have a globally distributed team and choose to operate in a decentralised way, staying true to the digital revolution we are part of. We expect you to own and be accountable for your outcomes. Technology sits at the heart of our collaboration and task management, and we are always looking to learn and adapt how we work.

    diversity equity and inclusion:

At fan3 we embrace difference and celebrate our individual stories and qualities that make us all unique. We all had a life before Web3 and it is these lived experiences that bring richness and strength to our culture, creativity and innovation. We fundamentally believe that different perspectives create stronger group outcomes, solve bigger problems and create braver solutions.

Web3 is democratising access to opportunity, creativity and prosperity and we understand our responsibility as a vehicle for adoption of this new world. We want to play our part in building a better internet, and that starts with ourselves. How we show up, how we hire and how we behave.

It is everyone’s responsibility in the business to continually promote diversity, equity and inclusion. We understand that we are on a journey and we will continually evaluate our progress and make improvements.
