How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This amazing long term contract as a Warehouse Team Leader role with a leading Formula One client is your opportunity to support the setup and move-in of stock into a new offsite facility.

    This role will lead day-to-day warehouse activity during the transition phase, ensuring stock is received, stored, and recorded accurately. You’ll take ownership of operational delivery while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and controlled move-in.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead daily warehouse operations during the stock transfer phase
    Coordinate inbound stock and ensure safe, efficient handling and storage
    Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure system accuracy
    Take ownership of inventory control, traceability, and data quality
    Support warehouse layout, space utilisation, and process setup
    Identify and resolve stock or data discrepancies
    Provide day-to-day guidance to a Stock Coordinator
    Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times

    About You
    Experience in a warehouse or stock-focused environment
    Forklift licence
    Strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy
    Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working operationally
    Confident organising work and solving problems independently
    Good attention to detail and organisational skills
    Experience using warehouse or inventory systems

    Desirable
    Experience supporting warehouse setup, moves, or process improvements
    Background in automotive, engineering, or high-value stock environments
