We're partnering with a leading US law firm who are seeking a newly-qualified lawyer to join its highly regarded Banking & Real Estate Finance practice in London. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established and market-leading finance platform, known for its technical strength, cross-border capability, and consistent involvement in complex, high-value transactions.
The Team
The team advises on the full spectrum of real estate financing matters and, unusually for a top-tier US firm, acts equally for leading sponsors and lenders. Clients include Brookfield, Apollo, Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies, KKR, Oaktree, Kennedy Wilson, Canary Wharf Group, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Société Générale, RBC, and AXA. Operating at the top of the market, the team handles financings across all asset classes throughout Europe.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Be an England & Wales qualified solicitor (newly qualified)
- Have trained at a top tier commercial law firm
- Have completed a seat in Finance as part of their training contract
- Have qualified in March 2026 or is due to qualify in September 2026 (and possesses a retention offer from their current firm).
