How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Microsoft Solutions Specialist

    Role Overview

    This role is responsible for owning and growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing revenue across a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers. Working closely with sales and customer success teams, the position combines commercial ownership with hands-on licensing expertise to drive new business, optimise customer environments, and ensure compliance.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive growth of Microsoft CSP (including NCE) revenue and margin through new business, upsell, and retention
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud licensing
    • Advise customers and internal stakeholders on optimal licensing strategies and cost-effective solutions
    • Develop and present licensing proposals, quotations, and commercial recommendations
    • Manage the full CSP lifecycle including onboarding, changes, renewals, and optimisation
    • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell using usage, billing, and consumption data
    • Conduct regular licensing reviews to ensure customers are correctly sized and fully utilising services
    • Maintain accurate subscription, billing, and licensing records in collaboration with finance and operations
    • Support internal enablement by sharing updates on Microsoft licensing, pricing, and incentives
    • Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing terms and partner programme requirements


    Skills & Experience

    • Strong experience in Microsoft CSP / NCE licensing within an MSP, VAR, or similar environment
    • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Business, E3, E5), Azure, and associated licensing models
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Partner Center and related CSP tools
    • Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and commercial targets
    • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and present business cases
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


    Desirable Experience

    • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900) or equivalent practical experience
    • Experience with indirect CSP models and distributor ecosystems
    • Knowledge of adjacent solution areas such as security, modern workplace, and Azure infrastructure
