How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Product Lead – ISO 20022 (Payments)

    Duration: 6 Month Contract

    Location: London (hybrid - 50% onsite)

    Clearance: SC Cleared (an active SC Clearance is required)


    Our high-profile Banking client is looking for an experienced Product Lead to take ownership of changes to their ISO 20022 messaging standard within a critical payments environment.


    This role will lead shaping and delivery across upcoming release cycles, working closely with internal product teams, external stakeholders, and delivery functions to drive evolution of their message set.


    You’ll operate at the intersection of product, business analysis, and payments expertise, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and prioritisation.



    Key Responsibilities:


    2026 Release Cycle (in-flight delivery)

    • Act as a business liaison, working across delivery teams to unblock issues and maintain momentum
    • Support issue triage and resolution, coordinating across stakeholders
    • Assist with certification queries, ensuring participant readiness is understood and addressed


    2027 Release Cycle (product leadership)

    • Lead engagement with stakeholders to gather and analyse change requirements
    • Shape future scope by translating feedback into clear product direction
    • Ensure all change requests are understood, sized, and prioritised
    • Perform schema-level impact analysis across ISO 20022 message sets
    • Support creation of industry-facing documentation, including change requests and scope decisions


    Skills & Experience:

    • Strong background in product delivery or a related topic
    • Knowledge of working with the ISO 20022 message set
    • Experience turning stakeholder feedback into business designs and requirements
    • Ability to seek and analyse stakeholder feedback to inform prioritisation
    • Strong ability to produce external documentation on technical topics, in an understandable format
