β¨ THE ROLE
We're recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist / Front of House professional for a 6-month FTC at the London Global HQ of an award-winning, internationally recognised professional services firm.
Shifts flex between 7amβ7pm across Wednesday, Friday and Friday β with the occasional overtime opportunity if you want it.
This is front of house reception done properly. Think hotel-style concierge service, seamless meeting room coordination, and being the face that every client remembers.
π WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
β Meeting and greeting clients to a genuinely world-class standard β in person and virtually β Running a hotel-style concierge service (taxis, restaurant recommendations, the works) β Coordinating meeting rooms end-to-end: bookings, catering, AV, and all requirements β Being the go-to expert for key client meetings and events β Liaising with facilities, catering and tech teams to keep everything running smoothly β Supporting the events and business development teams β Keeping all client areas immaculate and beautifully presented β Handling booking conflicts and competing demands with calm professionalism
π WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential: β Previous corporate reception experience
β Strong communicator at all levels
β Confident MS Office user
β Experience with a hospitality/booking system (Condeco or Eptura ideal)
β Cool under pressure and great at building instant rapport
You'll be someone who genuinely loves the front of house environment β proactive, polished, and passionate about the detail.
