What you'll be doing:
- Manage a varied caseload of FNOL and accidental damage claims independently, from notification through to resolution.
- Handle higher-value and more complex files with confidence.
- Act as the main point of contact for policyholders and brokers, setting the standard for service.
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing best practice.
- Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity or potential fraud.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' motor claims experience (required for the upper end of the salary range).
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and resolve complex claims.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a confident systems user.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
- Holds, or is working towards, the CII Certificate (fully funded).
