How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Are you highly organised, confident with customers and comfortable keeping lots of moving parts on track?

    Our client is a successful, design-led manufacturing business based in Brackley, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK and international markets.

    With continued growth and a strong reputation for quality, innovation and design, they are now looking to appoint a *** Sales Coordinator *** to support their busy commercial and operations teams.

    This is a varied coordination role, acting as the link between customers, distributors, logistics providers, production and internal project teams. You’ll help ensure orders, projects and deliveries run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

    The Sales Coordinator Role

    As Sales Coordinator, you’ll be involved in:

    * Processing and coordinating customer orders

    * Acting as a key point of contact for UK and international customers

    * Liaising with internal production, logistics, project and commercial teams

    * Keeping customers updated on order progress, production schedules and delivery timelines

    * Organising UK and international freight movements

    * Preparing export and shipping documentation where required

    * Supporting invoicing, credit notes and general commercial administration

    * Maintaining accurate customer, order and project records

    * Helping to ensure projects and orders are delivered smoothly and on time

    Sales Coordinator - The ideal candidate:

    The ideal candidate will have experience within a coordination, administration, sales support, logistics, export or customer service role. You’ll also bring:

    * Strong organisational and administrative skills

    * Excellent communication skills

    * A professional and customer-focused approach

    * Good attention to detail

    * Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment

    * Good Microsoft Office skills

    * ERP system experience would be advantageous

    * German and/or French language skills would be a strong advantage, although this is not essential

    What’s on offer with the Sales Coordinator role:

    * Up to £30,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
