Communications Coordinator – 8-Week Contract

Overview
Skill set:
- Customer centric mindset considers the end-user experience.
- Able to identify risks, knows when to escalate and seek guidance.
- Can prioritise own work effectively, navigate challenges, changing priorities and working in the grey.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including the use of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficient using outlook email (confident adding large groups of recipients)
We would need support with the day-to-day communication tasks:
- Taking comms requests and preparing these files for communication and where required translation (translation will be done by the in-house translation team)
- Emails: receiving translated files back and then adding all content to email templates, adding the required recipients to the email, checking formatting and then sending on the agreed date
- Actions: supporting with the actions preparation process
- adding files to Retail SharePoint for selected countries
