Multi Trade Operative

CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for several skilled Multi-Trade Operatives across multiple locations. These roles involve carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with a core trade in plastering or carpentry, alongside general multi-trade skills.

Pay - £31,000 - £35,000

Location: Swindon / Gloucester, Mid-Wiltshire & Somerset
Woking hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 16 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out maintenance and repair work across multiple trades

* Complete work in both occupied and void properties

* Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

* Ensure excellent customer service at all times

* Work independently and manage your own workload

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a multi-trade role

* A core trade such as:

* Plastering

* Carpentry

* Additional skills (e.g. plumbing, decorating, basic tiling)

* Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently

* Full UK driving licence
