About you:

Must hold QTS.
Will ideally have experience as a year 3 teacher, but experience in other year groups is fine.
Must be committed to developing children's confidence, self- esteem, resilience and social skills.
Must embrace and celebrate diversity and equality.
Must be able to plan lessons that facilitate problem- solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and abstract thinking too.
Must be patient and empathetic.
Must have high standards for behaviour management.
Must be able to work well independently.
