Salary: £42,000 – £56,000 (depending on experience and background)
Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (minimum 3 days considered) Location: Oxford (2 days on-site required)

We are a growing independent neurodevelopmental service specialising exclusively in children and young people, offering specialist assessment and therapy provision across autism and ADHD pathways, including a combined pathway. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing children and young people's neurodevelopmental service at a pivotal stage of its growth. As a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will conduct high-quality autism and/or ADHD assessments, contributing to a multidisciplinary team delivering assessments across our autism, ADHD and combined pathways.

What We're Looking For
Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment (autism and/or ADHD) within a children and young people's setting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an MDT
Strong report writing and communication skills
Commitment to high clinical standards and person-centred practiceWorking Pattern
Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30
Compressed option available: Monday–Thursday 8:00–18:00, Friday 8:00–12:00
Saturday working occasionally required
