How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Mode Search is supporting a leading luxury fashion brand in their search for an Art Worker to join their creative team and deliver high-quality commercial artwork across multiple media platforms.


    This position is based in London, sits within the Visual Production department, and reports directly to the Head of Visual Production.


    The Role


    • Produce visually compelling assets for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
    • Generate commercial-grade artwork in various formats, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Adapt existing visuals into new asset formats, creating layout documents and proposing crop options for approval.
    • Monitor and adjust colour accuracy, typography, and resizing for different formats.
    • Prepare and deliver final artwork files on schedule.
    • Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to execute design tasks.
    • Configure files accurately for print production, paying close attention to detail.
    • Create and optimise web-ready graphics, ensuring correct sizing and scaling.
    • Maintain and update an internal image library for ongoing use.
    • Coordinate with the visuals team to have crops approved and liaise with marketing and wholesale teams to understand business requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the creative team from initial concept through to final sign-off.
    • Ensure consistency of artwork across all touchpoints.
    • Conduct thorough proof-checking before production or launch.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for external printers and wholesalers.


    Requirements


    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • In-depth understanding of print production workflows and colour management principles.
    • Demonstrable experience in digital design and production techniques.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of artwork preparation.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Self-driven and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
