How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Order Management Assistant (Supply Chain)


    London EC1 | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

    £35,000 – £39,000 per annum + benefits

    12-Month Fixed-Term Contract



    We’re partnering with a global premium spirits business to recruit an Order Management Specialist to join their UK operations team based in Central London.


    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in drinks, FMCG, food & beverage or consumer goods environments who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational role.


    Working within a collaborative supply chain team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while coordinating closely with third-party logistics providers, customers and internal stakeholders.



    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage customer order processing accurately and efficiently using SAP
    • Coordinate with third-party logistics and warehouse partners to ensure on-time deliveries
    • Resolve customer delivery, stock and supply chain queries
    • Build strong relationships with customers and logistics providers
    • Support order fulfilment and operational performance across the UK market
    • Liaise with internal teams including supply chain, finance and operations
    • Monitor and manage service levels and delivery performance
    • Support wider supply chain and customer operations activities as required


    Experience Required

    • Experience within the drinks industry is highly desirable
    • FMCG, food & beverage or consumer goods backgrounds also considered
    • Previous experience in order management, customer operations, customer supply chain or logistics coordination
    • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
    • Experience liaising with warehouses, logistics providers or customers would be advantageous
    • EDI knowledge beneficial but not essential
