How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you know how to turn demand into executable supply plans?

Comfortable managing supply risk, co-packers, and changing priorities in a fast-moving FMCG environment?

Want to play a key role keeping one of the world’s most iconic brands flowing across EMEA?

We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join Monster Energy’s EMEA Operations team. This is a high-impact role where planning accuracy, operational ownership, and proactive decision making directly impact customer service, availability, and business performance.

    The Company

Monster isn’t corporate. We’re bold, fast, disruptive and unapologetically ambitious.

Founded in 2002, Monster Energy has grown into one of the leading brands in the global energy drinks category. With over 4000+ employees worldwide and 138+ million cases sold across EMEA in 2023, we operate at serious scale, but with the mindset of a challenger brand.

Our brand is aggressive, cool, dark, mysterious and fun.

Our culture? High-energy, accountable, and built around people who take ownership.

    The Role

Reporting to the EMEA Supply Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining accurate supply plans across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory, supply continuity, and operational risk.

This isn’t a passive planning role.

You’ll sit at the centre of the supply chain, actively managing supply execution across a complex co-pack and production network, translating forecast into supply plans, mitigating risks before they impact service, and ensuring smooth execution across the wider business.

You’ll work closely with demand planning, production, co-packers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage changing demand, supply constraints, inventory health, and customer service levels in real time.

This role suits someone proactive, analytical, operationally strong, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, manage and maintain short and long-term supply plans aligned to forecast and business demand
    • Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and production plans
    • Ensure high customer service levels by proactively avoiding stock-outs and supply disruption
    • Own and manage purchase orders with co-packers, ensuring accuracy across quantities, timelines, and master data
    • Monitor and mitigate supply risks including production delays, demand changes, supplier constraints, and slow-moving or obsolete stock
    • Adjust plans in real time to maintain product availability across EMEA markets
    • Work closely with co-packers, production partners, and suppliers to ensure effective supply execution
    • Support new product launches and manage phase-in / phase-out activity across the portfolio
    • Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP / IBP systems
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, production, logistics, and project teams
    • Monitor supplier and co-packer performance, driving continuous improvement across the network
    • Conduct root cause analysis across key KPIs including OOS, inventory health, forecast adherence, and service levels

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience within supply planning, production planning, or materials planning within FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Strong hands-on experience operating within MRP-driven planning environments
    • Experience translating demand forecasts into executable supply or production plans
    • Exposure managing co-packers, external manufacturers, suppliers, or 3PL networks
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply risk, and service-level performance
    • SAP / APO / IBP exposure advantageous
    • Advanced Excel capability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and evolving supply constraints
    • Proactive, accountable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
    • Strong communicator, capable of working cross-functionally across international teams
