How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    I am recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading conveyancing and property firms to recruit an experienced Remortgage Conveyancer to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to progress within a modern, technology-driven environment that places real emphasis on employee support, career development, and client service excellence. The business is recognised for combining innovative legal technology with experienced legal professionals to deliver a faster, more efficient conveyancing experience for clients across the UK.


    Earn up to £30,000 basic salary + up to £6,000 annual bonus.


    As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care standards. You’ll be supported by specialist teams, streamlined processes, and market-leading technology designed to help you focus on delivering high-quality legal work.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a caseload of remortgage files from inception to completion
    • Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
    • Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
    • Maintain accurate file management and case progression updates


    About You

    • Previous experience within remortgage or residential conveyancing
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a wider team environment
    • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, technology-enabled legal setting
