Crypto Training & Due Diligence Specialist
Location: Twickenham, London
Working Pattern: Fully on-site, 5 days per week
Salary: £51,500 per annum
Contract: 2-year fixed-term contract
We are looking to appoint a Crypto Training & Due Diligence Specialist to support the continued development of a high-performing Due Diligence team. This role would suit a confident and engaging trainer with strong expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and associated financial crime or investigative risks.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring colleagues, and creating client-facing learning content for delivery across a range of markets and audiences.
You will play a key role in strengthening internal capability, supporting professional development, and ensuring the team remains equipped to respond to emerging risks across cryptocurrency, digital assets, OSINT, AML, geopolitical risk, and investigative research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the Due Diligence training programme for Researchers and Analysts, building capability across research, analysis, report writing, and cryptocurrency investigations.
- Design and develop training materials, e-learning modules, and client-facing content to support both internal learning and external delivery.
- Mentor and support new team members, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing professional development.
- Drive continuous development across the Due Diligence function, with a focus on cryptocurrency, digital assets, OSINT, AML, geopolitical risk, and investigative research.
- Produce regular learning and industry insight content to promote best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Manage overt, covert, and subscription accounts used for research and analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee training, research, and analytical software, ensuring tools remain effective, compliant, and aligned with market standards.
- Maintain training manuals, learning resources, and accurate records of training activity.
- Provide ad hoc training, guidance, and subject matter expertise across the Research and Analyst teams as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering engaging training, mentoring colleagues, and presenting to varied audiences.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital assets, and associated financial crime risks.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical, and commercially relevant insights.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within due diligence, investigations, intelligence, financial crime, or a related analytical environment.
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programmes for internal teams or external clients.
