Head of Product needed by fast growing PE backed provider of SaaS & IoT solutions.
The Head of Product will directly manage 2 product managers as well as an outsourced S/W development team, who are responsible for developing the SaaS platform & interface that is used by customers.
The Head of Product is a commercial role, the successful candidate will be expected to bring rigour and best in class product thinking to ensure the customer is at the heart of the product strategy, ensure product / market fit and help drive expansion in to new territories.
Whilst the business is continuing to evolve its SaaS and software, a significant proportion of the product suite remains hardware led. This role would suit somebody who has experience operating across mainly physical hardware products and additionally connected software / SaaS platforms.
Location: Hatfield (hybrid)
Salary: £90-110k + bonus

The Head of Product will also be expected to conduct analysis on the pricing strategy, help drive adoption and uptake of the SaaS platform and increase revenues.

The Head of Product must have a proven record of:
- Working with physical hardware products
- Developing IoT based products or some kind of combined hard and software solution ie SCADA, IoT, telemetry, remote monitoring & alarms etc
- Driving commercial revenue and pricing strategies
- Directly or indirectly managing product and / or tech teams
