What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and expanding relationships with life sciences clients across non-R&D business functions
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing Meet accounts and new target organisations
- Building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, transformation, and corporate functions
- Leading business development activity across the US and European life sciences markets
- Managing the full client lifecycle from opportunity creation through to successful placement delivery
- Collaborating with a dedicated delivery team focused solely on Beyond R&D hiring
- Driving revenue growth through contract and permanent recruitment solutions
- Mapping client structures and uncovering scalable hiring opportunities
- Building strong candidate networks within your chosen market specialism
What We’re Looking For
