Head of Product | Fintech / Payments / Trade Finance
We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech business looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead strategy, execution, and innovation across a complex payments and finance platform.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and commercial growth — equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive delivery.

We’re looking for a product leader who is:
- Deeply technical and commercially minded
- Experienced leading high-performing product teams
- Passionate about innovation, automation, and AI-driven capabilities
- Able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong across stakeholder management, roadmap ownership, and execution
You’ll lead the product function end-to-end, working closely with engineering, operations, treasury, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions.
Key areas include:
- Payments & treasury operations
- Real-time payments & embedded finance
- ERP and enterprise integrations
- Workflow automation & operational optimisation
- Product transformation and platform scalability
- Data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in product leadership within fintech, payments, or financial platforms
- Proven experience delivering complex technology products at scale
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and operational workflows
- Track record building teams, establishing product discipline, and driving measurable business outcomes
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at executive level and represent the business externally
