Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Develop personalised action plans, offering guidance on leadership, business strategy, and performance.
- Conduct coaching sessions remotely, offering flexibility in time and location.
- Share knowledge and best practices in personal development, resilience, and goal setting.
- Foster a supportive, trust-based relationship, empowering clients to navigate business landscapes confidently.
- Engage in daily training and development calls.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies online, crafting compelling content, and conducting interviews.
- Continue to personally develop and up skill.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, personal development, and team dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and provide constructive feedback.
- A results-oriented, self-driven approach with a passion for helping others achieve success.
- A background of continual learning both professionally and personally.
