How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Sales Development Representative – Cyber Security SaaS

    Leeds / Hybrid Working

    Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission


    Maxwell Bond are working with a rapidly growing cyber security SaaS business who are looking to hire ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join the team as part of continued expansion.


    As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engaging with senior IT and security stakeholders, and booking qualified product demonstrations for the wider sales team.


    This is a high-energy, target-driven role within a fast-paced SaaS environment, offering clear progression opportunities and strong earning potential.


    What You’ll Do as Sales Development Representative:


    • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activity
    • Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
    • Book qualified product demonstrations for the sales team
    • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across technology and security teams
    • Manage pipeline activity through Salesforce CRM
    • Work towards activity and performance targets within a high-performing sales environment


    What We’re Looking For:


    • Previous experience within SDR, outbound sales, recruitment or B2B sales
    • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking over the phone
    • Commercially driven individuals with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to thrive within a high-activity outbound environment
    • Consistent performers with consistency and ambition
    • SaaS or technology sales experience is beneficial but not essential
