Job Title: Junior Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking
- Assist in pitching company services to prospective clients
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads and prospects
- Support senior sales team members in closing deals
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions
- Prepare basic sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a service-based company (IT services, consulting, BPO, etc.)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
