How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We are looking for a technically-grounded, visionary Product Owner to lead GenAI-powered initiatives within our B2B platform. You will stand at the intersection of cutting-edge LLM technology and enterprise-scale business impact, transforming how global financial institutions handle everything from underwriting automation to complex claims intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • AI Roadmap & Strategy: Define and own the GenAI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases like fraud detection copilots, document intelligence, and agentic underwriting.
    • Backlog Excellence: Own and optimize the product backlog, translating complex AI concepts into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
    • Technical Specs & Orchestration: Read and write technical specs, API contracts, and data models. You’ll work closely with Development & architecture teams
    • Experimental Mindset: Lead lean experiments and A/B tests to validate LLM performance, managing the balance between probabilistic AI outputs and deterministic business rules.
    • Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate the vision and progress transparently to global stakeholders and enterprise clients, acting as the bridge between "the possible" and "the practical".

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical PO, ideally within Insurtech or Fintech environments.
    • GenAI Proficiency: A deep understanding of generative AI technologies and Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic framework and building Agentic agents in B2B products.
    • Technical Depth: "Born-in-the-cloud" DNA. You must understand microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native infrastructure.
    • Agile Mastery: Proven track record in Scrum/Agile, managing complex backlogs in Jira.
    • Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure AI success through clear KPIs and evaluation frameworks.

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Crew.ai, LangGraph, AutoGen).
    • A background in software development or architecture.
    • Experience building Low-Code/No-Code platforms or visual workflow designers.

Sapiens is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds.
