How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Head of Product – Programmatic Advertising & Emerging Media


    Location: London / Remote

    We process billions of advertising opportunities every month across premium publishers worldwide, enabling advertisers, agencies, and technology partners to transact seamlessly through both Open Marketplace and Private Marketplace environments.


    As we continue to expand beyond traditional audio into connected mobility and next-generation media experiences, we are looking for a commercially-minded Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution.


    THE OPPORTUNITY


    This is not a traditional Product Manager role.


    We are seeking a product leader who understands both advertising technology and commercial realities—someone capable of translating market opportunities into scalable products that create measurable value for advertisers, publishers, agencies, and technology partners.


    You will own the product roadmap across our platform portfolio, working closely with leadership, engineering, sales, operations, and external partners to define and deliver the next generation of advertising solutions.


    You will play a critical role in shaping our future strategy across programmatic advertising, audience intelligence, attribution, contextual targeting, and emerging connected environments.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and own the company's product vision and roadmap
    • Identify market opportunities and translate them into commercially viable products
    • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and strategic importance
    • Lead product discovery, validation, and go-to-market planning
    • Establish clear KPIs and product success metrics
    • Programmatic Advertising Innovation


    Drive development of products across:

    • OpenRTB ecosystems
    • Private Marketplace (PMP) solutions
    • Audience and contextual targeting
    • Measurement and attribution
    • Yield optimization
    • AI-powered campaign intelligence


    • Work closely with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, agencies publisher partners and automotive business
    • Monitor industry developments, standards, privacy frameworks, and emerging technologies


    Cross-Functional Execution

    • Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
    • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and product delivery timelines
    • Support sales and partnerships teams with product positioning and customer engagement


    Customer & Market Engagement

    • Gather insights from agencies, advertisers, publishers, car makers and technology partners
    • Represent AdTonos at industry events and strategic meetings
    • Become a trusted subject matter expert in digital advertising and media technology


    What We're Looking For

    Essential

    • 5+ years of Product Management or Product Leadership experience
    • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem


    Experience working with:

    • DSPs, SSPs, Ad exchanges, OpenRTB standards, Audience targeting technologies, Measurement and attribution solutions


    • Ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities
    • Experience working directly with software development teams
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Fluent written and spoken English


    Highly Desirable

    • Experience in digital audio advertising
    • Experience in agentic programmatic
    • Experience with mobile advertising technologies and SDKs
    • Knowledge of privacy frameworks including GDPR, TCF, and consent management
    • Experience building products for global markets and multi-billion valued partners


    Bonus Points

    • Understanding of connected vehicle ecosystems and in-car media


    Familiarity with automotive infotainment platforms such as:

    • Android Automotive OS (AAOS)
    • Automotive app ecosystems
    • Connected vehicle data environments
    • Experience developing products involving mobility, location intelligence, or sensor-driven contextual advertising
