Real Estate Client Advisor

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits (Potentially negotiable for the right candidate)

The Opportunity:

Capio are partnering with a highly respected Insurance Broker to hire a Real Estate Client Advisor into their established London market team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with insurance experience within Property Owners or Real Estate who is looking to gain greater client and market exposure within a specialist environment.

You’ll join a collaborative and well-regarded Real Estate division supporting a varied portfolio of UK Property Owners and Real Estate clients, working closely with experienced Brokers, Client Directors and senior stakeholders across the business.

The role offers genuine long-term development, hands-on market exposure and the opportunity to progress within a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day servicing of Real Estate and Property Owners clients
• Preparing renewal and market presentations
• Obtaining quotations for new and renewal business
• Managing client and insurer queries effectively
• Reviewing policy documentation and maintaining accuracy
• Supporting client meetings and market engagement activity
• Building strong internal and external relationships
• Assisting senior brokers with programme delivery and placement strategy
• Supporting retention and development of existing business
• Liaising with insurers and underwriters across the London market
• Supporting the delivery of high service standards across the client portfolio

About You:

• Insurance experience within Property, Real Estate or Commercial lines
• Experience within Broking, Account Handling, Client Advisory or Underwriting environments considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable building relationships internally and externally
• Ambitious individual looking to develop within a specialist market
• Able to work proactively with minimal supervision
• Keen to gain greater client and London market exposure
• Professional, personable and team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
