The Role - Year 1 Teacher
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. You will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

You will work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure all pupils make strong progress. The role will involve planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil attainment, and supporting children as they build upon the foundations established in EYFS.

Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach are essential for this role. A secure understanding of phonics and early learning strategies would be highly beneficial.
