Customer Service Representative
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Office-based (4 days onsite required) non-negotiable
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, structured environment within financial services. This role is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience while handling queries efficiently and professionally.
A background in financial services is beneficial, but not essential. Candidates with strong transferable customer service skills and the ability to adapt will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries across multiple channels
- Providing clear, accurate, and timely information
- Resolving issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Working within established processes and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery
