We're recruiting for a Trainee Machine Shop Operative to join a growing manufacturing company in the Brough area. This is a great opportunity for someone leaving college, looking for their first full-time role, or wanting to learn a trade in a supportive workshop environment.
No machine shop experience? No problem. If you've got the right attitude, we can train you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Learning how to operate machinery and workshop equipment
Cutting and preparing materials
Reading drawings and instructions (don't worry - you'll be shown how)
Checking finished products to make sure they meet quality standards
Supporting the production team with different tasks
Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised
What We're Looking For:

Positive mindset and willing to get stuck in
