How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Lead, ERP Implementation

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Lead to spearhead the PTP Tower within a critical, high-visibility ERP implementation programme. This pivotal role involves leading a diverse, multi-geographical team across the UK and USI, as well as effectively managing client functional and technical teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimising the PTP processes leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. This is a crucial leadership position requiring deep PTP process knowledge and extensive experience with Oracle Cloud solutions.


    Required Skills & Experience:

    • PTP Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, best practices, and controls.
    • Oracle Cloud PTP Mastery: Proven hands-on experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP PTP modules.
    • Implementation Track Record: Minimum two (2) full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PTP implementations, ideally in a lead or architect role.
    • Leadership: Significant experience leading and managing global PTP teams and sub-tower leads.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders and clients.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, articulating complex concepts clearly.
    • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Project Management: Solid project management acumen (methodologies, scope, schedule, resources).
    • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts related to integrations, data migration, and reporting.


    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement) are highly desirable.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
