TS Recruitment are working with a specialist contractor looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of architectural steelwork projects nationwide
Benefits
Salary circa £70-80,000 per annum
Car allowance circa £5,000 per annum
30 days annual leave (22 days plus bank holidays)
Early finish on a Friday (2.30pm)
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Pension after qualifying period
Responsibilities
Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
Write and manage site programmes and coordinate design and manufacturing
Commercially manage schemes ensuring they are delivered within budget
Manage the supply chain including procurement, subcontractors, labour and plant
Oversee quality control ensuring schemes are complete to the right standard
Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
Manage Contracts Managers and Site Management team
Company
Specialist commercial interior fit-out contractor
Projects ranging from £25k-£2m
Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of architectural steelwork
Client focussed and commercially aware
Ability to read technical specifications and offer value engineering
Full UK driving licence
