Teaching Assistant - Join a Supportive School in Corby

The Role:
Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
Helping students to develop confidence, independence and academic progress.
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching or mentoring setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, positive and proactive approach.
The ability to build effective relationships with students and staff.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
