We are recruiting for an experienced Wood Machinist to join the production team with our client, a leading manufacturer of modular building systems.

The Role
You will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery and producing high-quality timber components to specification within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Cutting, shaping and preparing timber materials
Reading and working from technical drawings/specifications
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Working as part of a production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience as a Wood Machinist, Bench Joiner, or Timber Machinist
Experience operating woodworking machinery (panel saws, spindle moulders, CNC or similar advantageous)
Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
