We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Mini Bus Driver to join our team, supporting a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Reading.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our students to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport students to and from school in a school minibus
Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of all passengers at all times
Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils, many of whom have additional needs
Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
Work closely with school staff and follow safeguarding proceduresRequirements:
A full, valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a minibus
Previous driving experience, ideally in a similar role
Experience working with or supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), or a willingness to learn
A calm, patient, and caring approach
Strong reliability and punctuality
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer:
