How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    £16.45 Per Hour | Weekly Pay | Monday to Friday Only - Immediate Starts Available

    The Role

    As a Class 2 HGV Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting waste materials from housing development sites across Bristol and within approximately a 50-mile radius.

    Working as part of a professional transport team, you will complete up to 8 collections per day while ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Safely operate a Class 2 HGV Tipper Truck

    * Complete scheduled collections and tip-offs from construction and housing development sites

    * Conduct daily vehicle checks and safety inspections

    * Maintain accurate tachograph and driving records

    * Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company policies

    * Deliver a professional and reliable service to customers and site personnel

    * Report any vehicle defects or operational issues promptly

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    * Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

    * Valid CPC Qualification Card

    * Digital Tachograph Card

    * Previous Tipper Truck driving experience

    * Strong communication and customer service skills

    * Good understanding of driver compliance and road safety regulations

    * Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
