💷 Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 OTE (including overtime)

✔️ Mechanical maintenance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
✔️ Basic electrical fault finding skills
✔️ Experience working on machinery and production equipment

✔️ Ability to work independently and within a team
⏰ Hours:
⏰ Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
1 week: 06:00 – 14:30
1 week: 13:30 – 22:00
2 weeks: 08:00 – 16:30
👉 Overtime available at time and a half
🚀 The Opportunity
This is a hands-on maintenance role within a well-established manufacturing business.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery, helping to minimise downtime and keep the site running efficiently.
The business is open to engineers who are mechanically strong and confident carrying out basic electrical fault finding and maintenance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Carrying out mechanical and basic electrical maintenance
Fault finding and repairing production machinery
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
Supporting improvements across the site
Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Participating in the on-call rota
