Conduct servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
Diagnose faults accurately, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems
Complete work to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable
Road test vehicles and perform final quality checks before handover
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and diagnostics
Participate regularly in manufacturer-led training to stay current with industry developmentsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience working within a dealership or independent workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and technical skills, with a focus on quality workmanship
Experience with electric vehicles, hybrid systems, or vans is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
Full UK driving licence
