Competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
On-target earnings of approximately £36,000, including bonuses

Opportunity to work within a dealership group known for delivering exceptional customer serviceDuties of a Service Advisor:

Providing outstanding customer service to clients arriving for vehicle servicing
Managing the entire service process from booking to vehicle collection
Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to facilitate efficient vehicle servicing
Using management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar to log jobs and customer details
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate to maximise workshop productivity
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Supporting the wider team to deliver a seamless and professional service experienceRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
Good mechanical understanding to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
Knowledge of management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, or Keyloop is essential
IT literate with the ability to efficiently manage various digital systems
Well-presented, with strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and a professional appearance
