Front of house Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and service appointments
Estimating repairs, scheduling maintenance services, and providing clear, informative communication to clients
Promoting additional services and products to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle service histories and work carried out
Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of excellent customer service
Delivering an exceptional customer experience to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
Building lasting relationships with clients and representing the company's professional standardsRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Strong understanding of automotive services, diagnostics, and repairs
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Friendly and professional manner, with a positive attitude
Genuine interest in cars, motorsport, tuning, or vintage vehicles is advantageous
Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively
