Carry out comprehensive panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles, from minor dents to major structural alignments
Work with materials including steel, aluminium, and composites
Straightening, welding, filling, and realigning damaged panels to manufacturer standards
Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues in paint and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) departments to maintain workflow
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesRequirements of a Panel Beater:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician
ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and able to commute easily to the Croydon area
