How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    3. Tooling Strategy

    Review preliminary rough order of magnitude (ROM) tooling requirements

    Develop firm cost estimates and lead times

    Enable customer purchase order readiness

    Collaborate closely with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain teams

    4. Training Programme

    Define training solutions aligned with quality and regulatory requirements

    Ensure alignment with customer operational readiness goals

    Develop training content and delivery schedules

    Assess need for advanced modules (e.g. troubleshooting capability)

    5. Spare Parts Planning

    Review initial safety stock proposals

    Develop phased supply plans aligned to MRO ramp-up

    Optimise inventory against forecast consumption

    6. Repair Flow & Industrialisation

    Define repair scope and end-to-end operational flow

    Establish readiness criteria and cut-off gates

    Identify subcontracting requirements where necessary

    Develop and manage stage-gate implementation plans

    7. Technical Documentation

    Manage preparation and release of technical publications

    Ensure customer access aligns with authorised capability scope

    Support development of work instructions and logbook structures

    8. Test Rig Integration

    Support test rig correlation activities

    Provide reference “gold unit”

    Define required engineering support

    Clarify responsibilities (with OEM ownership retained for test rigs)

    9. Technical Support Model

    Define long-term support strategy, including:

    * Monthly support allocation

    * Scope of services

    Assess need for on-site support and deployment durations
