How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

    An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Part-Time Marketing Executive to join an established HVAC and building services company.

    This role would suit someone with previous marketing experience who is looking for a flexible, part-time position. It would particularly suit a parent wanting to work part time while continuing to use their marketing skills in a hands-on, creative role.

    Working 3 days per week, you will help improve the company’s online presence, create engaging content, upload project updates, and support digital marketing activity across social media and online platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms

    * Upload photos, project updates, case studies, and company news

    * Improve the company’s online presence and brand visibility

    * Support website updates and help drive more traffic and enquiries

    * Promote completed projects, services, and company capabilities

    * Assist with marketing campaigns and digital activity

    * Liaise with internal teams to gather photos, updates, and project information

    * Maintain consistent branding across online content

    * Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve performance

    * Help generate enquiries through digital and social media activity

    Requirements

    * Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or content creation

    * Confident creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X

    * Strong written communication skills

    * Creative mindset with good attention to detail

    * Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively

    * Organised, proactive, and reliable

    * Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a growing business

    * Willingness to learn about the HVAC, building services, or construction sector

    Desirable

    * Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar platforms

    * Previous experience marketing within construction, building services, trades, property, or technical services

    * Basic knowledge of SEO, website updates, or content planning

    * Photography or video content skills would be beneficial

    * Experience creating case studies, project updates, or company news posts
