A client of ours in the Harlow require Reception cover on Wednesday 17th June working 8:30am - 4:30pm, paying £12.71 per hour.
Key duties in this Reception role will include:
* Greeting and assisting visitors and interviewees
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries (Royal Mail, Amazon etc.)
* Answering and transferring calls
* Keeping the reception and kitchen area tidy and stocked
* General front-of-house administrative support
Skills and experience required:
* Previous admin or reception experience
* Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently
* Good organisational and communication skills
