This full-time office-based role will suit a confident architect capable of leading projects through all RIBA work stages, managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Running projects independently across multiple RIBA stages
Managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams
Leading project meetings and presenting design proposals
Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages in Revit
Coordinating planning, tender and construction information
Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
Undertaking site visits, inspections, and contractor coordination
Supporting and mentoring junior team membersIdeal Candidate
ARB registered Architect with strong UK project experience
Proven experience running projects through delivery stages
Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
Strong Revit/BIM proficiency
Confident communicator with client-facing experience
Ability to manage workload and lead project teams effectively
Experience across education, residential or complex project sectors advantageous
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
