Duties will include:
* Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
* Reference and credit checks
* Register new tenancies.
* Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
* Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
* Answer telephone and email enquiries
* Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
* Negotiating rental agreements

* The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
* Good attention to detail

* Good clean presentation to represent the company well

* Administrative Skills
* Full UK driving licence
